Gayle Prebis is a Yoga Alliance 200 E-YRT with over 1000 hours of classes in her 8 years of teaching yoga. Gayle likes to focus on the proper alignment of the body in her practice, while challenging muscles to respond and work in sync with mind and breath, creating a holistic yoga class.
