Ingredients


  • 2 1/2 Cups rolled oats (GF)

  • 1 1/2 Cups unsweetened milk or milk substitute of choice

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder 

  • 2 tsp honey or pure maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

  • ½ tsp sea salt 

  • 1 tsp of pure vanilla or almond extract

  • Optional: add ½ mashed banana to mix or 1/3rd cup of fruit.


Instructions


  1. Combine all in blender on medium speed approximately 30 seconds. Add chopped nuts if desired. Pour directly from blender into greased skillet. Store in freezer for easier meal prep.

  • Sliced bananas, blueberries, or raspberries

  • Nut or seed butter + cinnamon

  • Greek yogurt + honey drizzle
