  • 1-2 TBSP high heat cooking oil such as avocado or peanut

  • 2 TBSP fresh drill, chopped

  • Sea salt & freshly cracked pepper to taste

  1. Lay carrots on sheet tray. Drizzle with oil to coat. Sprinkle seasoning on and mix. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 15-20 minutes until aldente.
