Looking for more ways to lead a life where you feel empowered rather than one that powers over you?
Then you’ve landed in the right place!
Join Amanda Liptak, CEO and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist of Nutrient Rich Life, for a full day of events that teach you ways to unwind, reflect and connect with your inner self.
This event is for you if you’ve been wanting to:
Gift yourself TIME to let go, heal and rejuvenate
When was the last time you did something that was all for you? Working late hours, rushing kids around from activity to activity, running errands…if these things have all taken precedence over your self-care, then it’s time to rediscover what you and your body needs.
Embrace a deeper transformation to work towards a life you desire
You know that the “rat race” that you’ve been running isn’t working for you, mentally or physically. It’s time to reassess your goals so that you can re-adjust to the way you’ve been doing things. This retreat will help you re-ignite your confidence and own your voice.
Be in a community that uplifts and supports you in living your best life.
Being around like-minded women who understand your struggles and who are also working on bettering themselves can be life-changing. It’s time to find that community to tap into that support!
Learn new self-care, or what we call “required care” strategies to support you and your family
You will learn how much value pairing breathwork to movement can bring, how aromatherapy can help dial down daily anxiety, how much better food tastes when you take the time to taste it, and the amazing benefits of meditation and more. Even if you are already familiar with these modalities, these teachings will bring even more clarity to your life!

Meet Our Presenters:
Hey there, it's Amanda, owner of Nutrient rich Life! I started the EmpowerHER Event last year as a way to connect and empower women to take more time for themselves. My goal was to provide a safe space for self growth and nourishment, without distractions, responsibilities or things like laundry! When I saw the faces and heard the feedback of those that attended last year, I knew that I had to bring EmpowHER back!
Inside this event, I share my expertise as a seasoned Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist and Mindset Coach of over 20 years.
As a certified aromatherapist, I regularly use essential oils in my practice to help support my client's goals and I will be sharing that with all of you this day as well!

Can't wait to see you in September!
Hi, all! I’m Lisa. Things I can talk about all day: Yoga, birth and homeschooling. I am a 500RYT, RPYT and a birth doula. I am extremely passionate about yoga and all things relating to birth and the journey of motherhood.
I found yoga – or maybe yoga found me – in 2012. It started off as an addition to my workout routine. To this very day, my mat is still my safe space. I absolutely use it for my asana and meditation practice.
Short and simple: it fills my heart to share yoga with other people. I enjoy creating a space where people can experience the connection of their mind and body. I believe that a regular yoga practice can bring great transformation to your life. When you start to see the physical and mental changes yoga can bring, you realize that this growth and self discovery improves all aspects of your life. Yoga gives me the opportunity to find strength, inner peace and stillness - this allows me to live more authentically. I want to share the goodness that it has brought to my life with others.
