Ingredients


  • 4 eggs

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 2 cups almond flour

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp almond extract

  • 1/2 cup butter melted

  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt

  • 3-4 TBSP sliced or chopped almonds


Instructions


  1. Whip eggs and sugar in a bowl 

  2. Add extracts and mix together

  3. Add flour mixing in slowly

  4. Add salt and melted butter mixing slowly

  5. Pour into 8" round or 8x8 square pan lightly greased and floured

  6. Sprinkle almonds on top

  7. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes

 

Notes:

  • Enjoy with coffee or tea!
