While Amanda is not a recipe blogger and doesn’t share recipes all the time, cooking is a hobby of hers that is credited to long-standing family traditions that she is doing her part to uphold.

 

A big part of Amanda's courses and programs is healthy, nutrient-rich cooking and teaching her clients and students how to keep family recipes, by substituting ingredients to align with personal goals. You do NOT have to give up your favorite dish or dessert, to stay healthy.
